Why Previous Campaigns Were Failing

Fitness Planet was stuck in a high-CPL trap of ₹250 per lead with a very thin pipeline of 90-120 leads monthly. For a high-overhead local business like a gym, this meant the cost of acquiring a new member was eating into the lifetime value (LTV). The primary friction was the lack of local visibility and a leaky conversion funnel that failed to capture high-intent fitness seekers in Noida Sector 132.

We moved away from stock imagery to authentic, high-energy gym walkthroughs and trainer-led value videos. By leveraging Meta’s Reels placement, we increased the “Hook Rate” and “Hold Rate,” which lowered our Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) costs and attracted serious fitness enthusiasts rather than casual browsers.

Hyper-Local Location Asset Integration

For a local gym, proximity is the biggest conversion factor. We utilized Google’s Location Extensions and Meta’s Local Awareness targeting within a 3-5 km radius of Sector 132. This ensured our ad spend was hyper-focused on people who could actually commute to the gym, directly boosting the lead-to-walk-in ratio.

Landing Page Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

We replaced generic lead forms with a dedicated, high-performance landing page. By implementing “Social Proof” elements and a “Scarcity-based Offer” (e.g., First 50 signups get a free PT session), we significantly increased the conversion floor, bringing the CPL down from ₹250 to a sustainable ₹90.

Behavioral Retargeting & Nurture Sequence

We identified that users usually take 3 to 5 touchpoints before committing to a gym. We deployed a retargeting layer for users who visited the landing page but didn’t sign up, showing them transformation stories and membership FAQs to eliminate final-stage friction.

Search Intent Capturing (Google Ads)

We dominated the “Gym near me” and “Best fitness center in Noida 132” search queries. By optimizing for high-quality score keywords, we ensured that Fitness Planet was the first choice for anyone actively searching for a workout space in the vicinity.
